We are fortunate and don't get too much winter weather here in the Willamette Valley.  So, when a storm brings a cold front, we can be caught off guard.  Freezing temperatures during a Winter Storm caused the water line to the sink to break. Which, unfortunately, led to mold growth all around the lower cabinets, sub-flooring and joists.
