Long term water damage

Long Term water loss can cause major damage in a home or business. The homeowner at this loss lived out of state and did not know the loss had occurred. The home is a rental, and the renter did not let the homeowner know for a long time about the water loss issue. The entire kitchen sink cabinet had to be removed, and part of the drywall. It took our water techs over a week to dry the 2 x 4’s the vinyl floor had to be removed due to extensive water damage. The water also damaged the dining area carpet, and carpet pad. The flooring in the two-areas had to be removed.  The homeowner was very overwhelmed. SERVPRO of Benton/ Linn County came in, and helped work with his insurance company, which gave him peace of mind
