Behind SERVPRO of Benton County, we are backed by McGinnis Enterprises, the construction company.

Having a construction company behind our SERVPRO name allows us to do new construction and other projects beyond the restoration and mitigation that SERVPRO is known for.

An example of the work we do, is our new office, hand built by our franchise owners, Tim and Nick McGinnis.

Tim and Nick worked tirelessly on the building, from groundbreaking to what it is today. Now it serves as a very comfortable office, and a large warehouse, equipped to fix large quantities of contents, service vehicles, and store our machinery.

An example of the things SERVPRO of Benton county and McGinnis Enterprises is capable of is: Mitigation, Restoration, Clean up, Biohazard, HVAC cleaning, construction and carpentry.

Having a contractors license allows us to do so many things in addition to the restoration; which allows us to help people from the assessment of their damage, to walking in and having it “Like it never even happened.”
