The up keep and maintenance of a building is typically over seen by a property maintenance manager. The job duties typically entail services to keep the building up to operating standards.  

Here at SERVPRO we offer a unique free of charge building inspection called an ERP, Emergency Ready Profile. 

We meet with the building services manager and complete a full walk through of their property. Tagging all gas & water shut off values and advising of where circuit breakers or electric breakers are. We discuss knowing the entry and exit points and all potential hazards. We put together a quick and easy to read folder that contains all of the buildings pertinent information; points of contacts, insurance information, phone numbers for utilities, etc. As well as a APP that you can readily use from any device.
