Oregon's climate has been calm this winter so far. With only one snow event this winter thus far, we have not had to endure our typical winter storm events. That could all change coming the end of this month and into February. Back in 2013, it wasn't till early February that we experienced our coldest and heaviest winter storms events. 2022 has quite the feel of that year's weather trends.

We do not know if we will experience the ice, snow, wind or rain storm events, however here at SERVPRO we are gearing up for whatever may happen. Preparing your home is the best preparation one can do. One tip we suggest is:

Make sure all trees around your home are maintained. Check the roots of the tree to see that they are healthy and strong. If they are exposing's themselves, this could mean that the tree is dying.

Down tree's here in the PNW is a very common part of a storm event. If you have a fallen tree on your home, call us here at SERVPRO. Here to help and preserve your property.
